We pride ourselves on the feedback of our clients and in improving the quality of the environments and properties that we work on.
In today’s economic climate and with the global drive for sustainability, property owners want to ensure that maintenance is undertaken in a timely, efficient and non-disruptive fashion.
There is recognition across New Zealand that to achieve our goals for sustainability, we must also think of the whole-life implications of how our property assets are managed, maintained and repaired.

Liz Nichol -Project Manager
We have an established team experienced in handling both simple and complex maintenance and repair programmes. We are one of the largest maintenance and repair Companies in Canterbury, participating in the IAG, Lumley and Southern Response programmes.
Our business philosophy is one of partnering with our clients and suppliers. To achieve optimal results, it is necessary to understand the perspectives of different parties, their drivers, definition of success and short, medium and long term aspirations.
Whilst a proportion of our services are procured on a ‘one- off’ basis, we are often called upon to assist clients with analysing information and data in a fashion that facilitates better maintenance and repair decisions.
Our services build on the content of the international asset management standard ISO55001, tailored to the New Zealand market and environment.
