Sean has built an extensive career in the construction industry over the past 25 years in New Zealand and Europe. He has held leadership and strategic management roles in large construction companies such as Hawkins Construction and as owner of Farrell Construction.
Sean leads the companies’ daily operations, his extensive experience bringing a quality focus to the delivery of all construction projects. Sean’s recent experience as a Senior Project Manager includes managing the following projects at the University of Canterbury, James Hight Library - the first major construction project post 2010 earthquake in Christchurch, History Building, Law Building, Civil Mechanical and New Education Building as a Senior Project Manager.

Simon is a senior executive, with 20 years’ experience in global and domestic markets, primarily working for New Zealand and Australian resource and construction organisations across ASX/NZX publicly listed, government owned and private companies. These roles have focussed on Senior Executive positions across General Management, Marketing, Business Development and leadership roles including managing joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions including various board positions with Bathurst Resources, Stockton-Downer EDI, Spring Creek Mining Company, CRFU and NZRL. Simon’s focus is the general management and daily management of the construction business, driving growth, investment and performance for Farrell Construction.
B.Sc. (Hons), Quantity Surveying
Paul is leading all commercial projects to ensure they are managed on time and delivered on target. Paul has worked across a variety of projects in senior QS to project management roles, delivering high end commercial builds upwards of $10 million. With over 10 years of quality quantity surveying excellence in both New Zealand, and the UK, a wide portfolio of work, Paul has a strong skill set capable of managing client relationships and the design and build process with ease.

Liz has over 20 years’ experience within the construction industry in both Wellington and Christchurch including four years in residential EQ repairs. Repairs and Maintenance are Liz's speciality. Liz brings a unique ability to ensure the delivery of projects based on Quality, time and cost. Liz is responsible for maintaining relationships with all stake holders.

• Housing New Zealand Tier one Sub-contractor managing responsive trade specific maintenance works for 7000 residential dwellings in the Wellington region for 16 years. As well as a client base of over 1500 commercial and residential owners.
Steph began her accounting career in Christchurch at NZX listed Ryman Healthcare working with various contracts around NZ and the beginning of the expansion into Australia. Steph moved into the Construction industry as a Management Accountant at Corbel Construction. Steph joined Farrells in 2015 where she quickly progressed on to the role of Finance Manager.
Senior Quantity Surveyor

Donal graduated from the Dublin institute of Technology after which he worked for a large precast concrete company in the commercial construction sector across Ireland and the UK .
The company’s key clients included Bouygues, Balfour Beatty, Vinci & Bam.
Current Projects at Farrell’s include: Southern Response Repairs and the building of the new Chapel, Convent and Villas at Nazareth Care.
National Diploma in Business
Carl has been with Farrells for two years having previously spent 30 years in the New Zealand Army. While in the army Carl served in various roles within New Zealand and around the World including as an Operator, Trainer, Advisor and Leader. Carl also has qualifications in Adult Education and Training and Health and Safety. Carl's focus at Farrells is its people.

Alison graduated from Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland after which she worked for the following companies:
MC O Sullivan Consultants in Cork and Dublin - Graduate Engineer in Road Design, Cork County Council - Site Engineer of a Motorway, SFC Construction Ltd - Project Manager of a Housing Development,
Chevron Training Ltd - Trainer of Building Energy Rating for Architects & Builders.
